Hello, everyone. Welcome back. This is Baixue’s Chinese
Language Learning Program. Last time we learned how to do the Sentence
Conversion part II in Chinese. Today, we will learn 2 Chinese idioms-- guā shú
dì luò shuǐ dào qú chéng.
guā shú dì luò, shuǐ dào qú chéng
瓜 熟 蒂 落 , 水 到 渠 成
(Fruits fall off when ripe. ; At the right time
everything comes easy. A canal is formed when water comes -- sth. achieved
without effort.; What happens is without extra effort ;)
zhǐ yào xià kǔ gōng fū qù zuò, guā shú dì luò, zì rán huì
只 要 下 苦 功 夫 去 做, 瓜 熟 蒂 落, 自 然 会
chéng gōng de.
成 功 的。
(As long as you work hard, at the right time, it will be
successful.)
zhè xiàng gōng chéng de jìn xíng, yǐ jīng dào le guā shú
dì
这 项 工 程 的 进 行,已 经 到 了 瓜 熟 蒂
luò de shí hòu, cái shuō yào fang qì, qǐ bù shì tài kě xí le?
落 的 时 候,才 说 要 放 弃, 岂 不 是 太 可 惜了?
