Hello, everyone. It is so nice to see you again today. This is Baixue’s Chinese Language Learning Program. Last time, we talked about Fruits and nuts in mandarin Chinese. Today, we are going to talk about vegetables in Chinese.

mó gù                           qín cài                   qié zi                         yǜ  mǐ
    (mushroom)       (celery)       (eggplant)        (corn)

        (onion)           (lettuce)        (pumpkin)        (cauliflower)

wú qīnɡ             juán xīn cài                   xī  hú lù                   xī  lán huā
    (turnip)         (cabbage)  西 (zucchini) 西     (broccoli)

hóng shǔ                         wān dòu           bō cài                   shì zi jiāo
       (sweet potato)      (pea)      (spinach)   (bell pepper)

dòu yá                          yáng jì                      hú luó bo               xiáo luó bo
    (bean sprout)     (artichoke)      (carrot)       (radish)

qīnɡ cōng                        sì jì dòu                      xīn xiān shū cài
       (green onion)  (green bean)            (fresh vegetable)
