Lesson 171 – An Idiom in Chinese- yǒu kǒu nán biàn

Hello, everyone. Welcome back. This is Baixue’s Chinese Language Learning Program. Last time we have a little conversation from a Chinese movie. Today, we will talk about an idiom in Chinese.

yǒu kǒu nán biàn

(find it hard to vindicate oneself; hard to defend oneself.)

tā shòu dào le jí dà de wěi qu, què yǒu kǒu nán biàn.
          了极      屈,                辩。
( She is suffering a huge injustice, but finds that it is hard to
defend herself.)

miàn duì zhōu wéi rén de wù huì, tā yǒu kǒu nán biàn.
                          ,               辩。
(He couldn't get rid of people's misunderstanding, no matter what he said.)

Ok, that is all for today.

xià    jiàn
     !  (See you next time!)
